I use turmeric root regularly but decided to try the tablet form as I needed something a little more potent to help with pain from a muscle strain. Based on the positive experience I have had, I can say confidently that I will never be without this product.

This tumeric was great
i was very happy with my Tumeric ,this form was in tablets that were fairly small and easy to swallow.These help in the daily fight against overall health and inflammation, with an all-natural approach.i loved this product, and would highly recommend.

i lost more than half my hair and red blood cell count plummeted bc tumeric blocks iron absorption, hence i became iron deficient/anemic...high doses are detrimental to your health. this outweighs any tumeric benefits. i took this for 3 months before symptoms appeared.

Hard to swallow
I liked that these tablets are organic, include bioperine, and the price is decent. However, their surface is anything but smooth, so they are not easy to swallow---and for me that's a major drawback.
