Believe it or not, I'm actually using this to help prevent migraines. I used to get them real bad around ~that~ time of month. Haven't had one in 6 months or so since I added this to my routine.

I believe that it's personal preference what type of vitamin texture you purchase. I purchase pretty much all of them but I always love a good chewable vitamin c.... I love this vitamin c chewable because it is not hard at all and very easy to chew. if you are looking for a chewable vitamin c this is the one!

I am sure this item has the vitamin support I was looking for, but you have to be able to get a chewable vitamin down for it to befit you. I have had other brands of this type of vitamin and yes they are not all pleasant, but I really struggled not throwing up from the taste of this vitamin. It certainly tasted like eating straight citric acid. Recommend spending a little more on name brand.
