I got this and the strawberry flavor to make a mini cake to share with my hubby. the texture of the chocolate is good and has chocolate chips in it. i did use miss jones icing i think its called. eating just one is filling too. Overall sweet enough if you use icing but tastes good alone.

I was worried it wouldn't be any good bc of some of the reviews but it's delicious and tastes just like chocolate cake. Would be even better with some of their ice cream

Okay these are so good. I use a chocolate protein shake instead of water and OMG IT IS SO BOMB. NO CAP. Chocolate cake is my FAVORITE sweet soooooo I would not lie to yall. Im finna buy a bunch of these look at those macros!!!! 170 cal for this omg

I really like this product, but the chocolate flavor is a bit bitter. I recommend added PB2 and mixing it in after cooking in the microwave. Delicious.

It almost had no flavor. I think i took 2 bites before I just threw it away. really gross... definitely wouldnt buy again or recommend to others.

OK, our whole family really likes Halo ice cream. It's awesome! We've tried a bunch of them through the years, and there's only been one that we didn't just love! Today, we tried this chocolate cake in a cup, and it was…awful. I don't know how else to say it, and I promise I'm not trying to be mean - but it literally tastes like a wet dog smells. I took one bite of the cake and was quite shocked by the taste. My wife saw the look on my face and asked what was wrong. I shared what the cake tasted like with her, and she looked at me like I was crazy. She said my taste buds must be off. She then took the cup from me, put a big scoop in her mouth and instantly started to just about gag. It was such an odd experience that we just busted out laughing (after she spit the cake out, of course). I mean, how often do you get to eat a cake that is wet dog flavored? Seriously, try the ice cream, because it's amazing! But avoid this cake.

I did not enjoy this. I love halo top ice cream, but this… this was not tasty.

this thing was disgusting. i got it on a whim because it was on clearance, but it was so terrible I wouldn't eat it again if it was free. do not get it

because it wasn't what I thought it was. it's nasty 🤮 tasting. I well never go by the picture again. because the was miss leading. i really thought it was ice cream by the looks of the picture. and it was very disappointing.

This cake tastes like how the hamster section of a pet supply store smells. I would not recommend it to anyone. I tried to make it better by putting ice cream on stop but the hamster smell flavor is too disturbing. I flinched. This does not slap.
