There's nothing exciting or romantic about a drain stopper, yet I was so happy to receive mine. The drain stops in my kitchen and bathroom sinks refuse to seal well enough to hold water. I use my kitchen sink for ice water bathing blanched vegetables, and the bathroom sink for washing up before bedtime. This stopper works in both sinks and keeps my water from trickling down the drain.

This kitchen sing stopper that I just received is very big which I didn't expect, but it does the job it's supposed to do, it keeps all the water from draining in our sink when we need it kept. Good item

This is a decent size drain cover. It will fit any size of domestic drain as long as it is allowed to lay flat. It provides a nice seal and prevents water drainage from your tub or sink. The rubber is easy to clean and will provide you years of use.

i said that it lived up to my expectations but my expectations were that it couldn't possibly work. I was very pleasantly surprised. It works great. I use it in the bathtub and by the time the shower is over, the tub has quite a few inches of water in it. If you're looking for a replacement for a stopper, this one works great. I believe it's big enough for any drain in the home; it fits perfectly.

I use this at work where we have three sinks. If we drain any two, it overflows into the floor. With these, I cover a little more than 1/2 of the drain on two sinks and let the water from all three sinks at once. I can walk away and do other chores while they are draining without worrying about overflow. They also work when the drain needs adjusting to keep all the water in the sinks.

It gets the job done. It fits over my drains just fine. It held up just fine in one piece and is not quick to get stuck on dirt or stains to be white. The only complaint is when running a bath, the high water pressure will shift the stopper from over the drain. Or if you brush across it with your foot while bathing it will move. So the suction is not as strong as I'm used to for the price, but it's better than a plastic stopper.

After time it curls up and will not stay flat and will not keep the tub or sink water secure. This does not look or act like rubber. Looks like thin plastic. The entire reason I bought this is because of the description which matches the way they used to be made, which really worked (thick rubber) This one is exactly what I had before which I was trying to replace with something better via the description. The one good things about this are : It does not absorb stains like the old rubber ones It is large enough to cover the drain completely. But if a sink stopper does not hold water, what good is it ? Walmart, if you are listening, I think the ultimate tub stopper would be a flat heavy rubber stopper with a cute flower print design or something universal on both sides to help hide possible rust stains etc.

Most people looking for a sink stopper would look for rubber or maybe silicone. This item uses rubber in the name and this item has some rubber in it maybe 5% (just a guess). The description is misleading and any reviewer that said this is a great product did not use it as a sink stopper. This product has a little rubber but is mostly plastic a hard plastic. You can bend this item but it is not really flexible and it is not soft. It is a hard plastic with just enough flexibility that they are not telling an outright lie when they say it is rubber. It has no suction capability in the normal sink stopper position it is made of thermoplastic (look it up) I It did not cost much and I needed something small to use on my bathroom sink. This item ( I refuse to call it a stopper)will not hold water in a sink it is a thin hard slightly rubber like hard plastic and can actually float. This item is worth about 50 cents if you can find cause for it. $2.98 is about $2.50 too high. Take your $2.50 and donate it are even throw it in the trash you'll still come out ahead. This item has zero value. If this product was okay just not great I would not have written a review. I wrote this review because they are flat out cheating people.

I tried this once. It's so light and stiff that it floats and lets the water out. That was what I wanted to prevent. I'm guessing that it's plastic. Former ones were rubber so they conformed to the drain. Worse than useless. I tossed it in the trash.
