(8 pack) Mainstays Kitchen Sink Strainer and Drain Catcher with Rubber Stopper, Silver Stainless Steel

This replacement part was delayed for months and never received but when I questioned when it was coming, I was given a number to Walmart Customer Service, and happily it came quickly, and is now available on Walmart's app and store items!! Thank you so much!!

It did stop the water from going down the drain which is what I needed. But pulling it back up was when the problem started. It was so hard to pull up that I hurt my fingers and pulled it apart. I was able to put it back together. I don't care how cheap it is, it shouldnt be that hard to pull up.

The quality of this item is fine. I just did not find it as user friendly as I would have liked. I spent more and purchased the Mainstays sink strainers for the kitchen and bathtub instead. I am glad I did. They are much easier to use, clean and remove debris. Buy these instead.

I thought it was a great value for a great price...fit my sink and looked fine. But, it doesn't easily work in a situation where you don't want it to keep the water in the sink. The mechanism doesn't stay in the up position when water is running, so the sink keeps filling up....big bother! Will most likely look for something better.

This item was the cheapest, so I bought it first. Like so many others, I agree that it doesn't allow water to drain, no matter what the instructions say. I will use it until I can get a replacement of better value. At least I'm not out much money.

The sink strainer seats and will not allow liquid to flow. the Walmart pickup app is next to totally worthless, placing orders is great. Without fail , I have to go to the door or flag an assosiate. I have removed and reisalled the app a few times

Strainer 3" diam., sink opening 3 1/4", so small scraps would go right into the drain. Gave 5 stars on pickup because rep I flagged down found it on handheld and checked me in. This was second try at pick up, Walmart app on my phone can't find the internet and Walmart.com webpage crashed my laptop browser Now I return too small strainer

This is cheap and horrible!!! it got stuck in my drain on Thanksgiving morning!!!! I had to waste about 15 to 20 minutes of prep time trying to dig it out of my sink drain 😤😡😡😡 I am returning both of the ones that I purchased. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle to return it.

I tried to use it twice to stop the water from draining in my sink. It stopped it but I couldn't get the stopper part out of my sink.I had to dig it out with another two spoons. Both times I tried it, the stopper part came off of the top part. i know it's inexpensive, but it's a pain to use

They don't work as they should. I had to remove the rubber stopper so the water could drain and strain. . The tabs do not stay up to keep the stopper up.
