Going alright so far
Seems to help “dry out” my chronic congestion and help my cough when I take it. Only been taking a little over a week so far.

Easy to take, I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I live with 3 smokers. Will be uping it to 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening.
