Too soon to see any changes but I will continue to take and see what happens. Taste is pleasing and I find gummies much more pleasant to digest than a pill. I'm going to stick with these and hope for any improvements . Shopped around and found these to be the best price out there for comparable items.

Yep, hair, skin, and nail help! I have been using these gummies for over 10 yrs. If you get septic then you hair will all fall out, in my cases. I have thyroid problems and my nails were always breaking, my skin under my eyes were getting thinner and not so elasticity. These gummies have collagen in them so my skin is more tighter %26 tone. I just gave you 3 good reasons to stsrt taking O.T.C. medicine that taste like candy every morning.

i been eating 2 a day of these for 6 years . my hear long keeps it heathy . i tried the 3 a day pill form Recently noticed my hair in front falling out i stopped using after 2nths i new it was the pill form. so back to my favorite dont no why i ever changed a great gummy hair grow because believe me they really work i love these .

Love the taste of the Hair, Skin, Nails multivitamin citrus gummy and it seems to be working! My nails seem to be growing faster! Really happy that the citrus is an option as I am allergic to many other flavorings such as strawberry. I am really pleased with this vitamin.

I bought these for my hair, not so much for my nails or skin. My nails grow super fast but they are weak, so I thought this couldn't hurt. I rarely have skin problems and I've never really had acne. With age my edges have started to thin. I didn't notice much of a difference with my hair or nails, but my skin has suffered. I now have bumps on my cheeks which I've never had before. I guess it depends on your body chemistry.

I have no information about its efficacy or ingredients to share. I can only say the texture and flavor is not bad, like a small, thick gummy of indeterminate flavor. Mine are difficult to get out of the bottle as they are all stuck to the bottom in one big clump.

These are awful. First off they arrived stuck together in a solid lump making them hard to take. Second they smell like melted plastic. Third the taste and texture are not the worst but not good either. These were a substituted item in my delivery order because my normal ones were out of stock. I will be sure to avoid them in the future.

Little gummy balls, all Stuck together.. unable to get one separated from the other. Used pickle Fork to get a piece pried from the rest of the clump and tasted like I had removed it from the bottom of a shoe. Would suggest getting your collagen for your hair, skin %26 nails from another brand. Suggest keeping this refrigerated might help – just a thought.

Easy to chew, no digestion issues, says collagen on the ingredients and it was for hair and nails. Size seemed fair for the price. I will have to return. Bought it hoping it would give me a fresher youthful appearance with the collagen and more energy. My nails have stopped splitting vertically and are now breaking horizontally and I am growing facial hair!!!!! I will just stick to healthier foods to get my vitamins.
