I purchased it for a specific recipe for a pasta sauce. It worked beautifully and was a great addition to my recipe. I think it would be a good vinegar to make an oil and vinegar dressing

Great product and always on hand in my pantry. Walmart is by far the cheapest place to keep my pantry stocked.

I love this vinegar. Gives salad dressings a nice fresh change. I just wish it was sold in glass bottles.

Elevates homemade salad dressings. I also use a few drops of this wine vinegar in the water in my countertop butter keeper. Butter “keeps” great for a long time with very few water changes and if some of the vinegar water ends up on the butter, the taste is quite pleasant unlike regular distilled vinegar. I love this product.

Tastes great on soups, chips, veggies, etc

This is definitely a step above everyday vinegar.

I am always hearing about white wine vinegar but never tried it before. So, I bought a bottle to experience it. If you do not like white distilled vinegar, I would imagine you would love this. I could also see it for someone who likes vinegar but cannot handle it because of stomach issues. I can see it working in vinaigrette and mayonnaise and whatever else. However, for me, it is so underwhelming! I am going to have a hard time finding something to put it in, because even making homemade mayo, I ended up adding a little distilled vinegar on top of it, just trying to wake the mayo up and ended up adding more yellow mustard but just not impressed.

Within a month or two of purchase, both opened and even unopened bottles had stuff growing in them. Must be very low acidity.
