Been taking for a month now and easy to swallow . I have not noticed any difference yet in my dry eyes but have hope. Does not upset my stomach and have noticed no side effects. Some eye vitamins recommended have caused nausea and other problems but this lower dose seems to agree with me.

this has been a great help for my mom, unfortunately they only come in quantities of 30 so we have to reorder often, but it's been very good for her eyes.

I took 1-3 a day. Until I changed my diet and got lutein from natural sources. I couldn't tell the difference between natural lutein and this supplement, so they have the formula correct. I notice in the mirror that my eyes looked brighter compared to the days I forgot to take lutein.

It's a pill. Not sure if it worked but I take them everyday to help my eye sight. It's deteriorating with age and I'm trying to stop it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I take this one time a day for dry eye %26 mouth. Helps tremendously. Gelcap is small %26 easy to swallow.

I have glaucoma, and this is a good product along with my eyedrops from my ophthalmologist to keep my eyes healthy.

I ordered 20 mg because that is what I always take. Do not want a substitution on vitamins. I'll just have to wait till the right strength is available. I always have extra just in case. This is NOT a complaint about the driver or the person who filled the order. They were just trying to help.
