ATTENTION ALL THOSE WITH CELIAC DISEASE, WHO REALLY MISS SALTINE CRACKERS!!! This g-f Matzo is SO MUCH like the saltines I miss so much, that I keep them in my cart. One of my kids has Celiac too, so I always get TWO boxes. So, even if you're not particularly shopping for Matzo, if you're looking for saltine-substitutes for someone who cannot eat foods with Wheat Gluten, toss a box or two of Yehuda Gluten Free Matzo Style Square Crackers in your cart, they're absolutely delicious!!

I am so happy these are made gluten free. I gently spread with soft butter and eat homeade broth with chicken, celery and veitnamese rice noodles. Would highly recommend you purchasing them. I purchased twice in the past few weeks... I have a feeling they may only be sold during passover ... Hopefully I can buy them year-round!

Finally found a gluten-free cracker that is flaky and tastes good. They are totally grain free and mainly contain tapioca starch and potato. I would've given five stars, but it contains palm oil which I try to avoid. But it's almost in every snack cracker on the market. I was using Schar brand table crackers, but they contain soy and corn products which both I try to avoid. And Schar also leave an oily after film in my mouth and fall apart easily. These Yehuda matzo's arrived with some broken pieces, but I just use those crumbs for topping on salad. Overall, the crackers stay together well considering how thin they are.

The good: These are gluten free. I can not eat regular matzo. These looked and tasted pretty much like regular matzo. The bad: They arrived crumbled. Not one piece was intact. Most were reduced to small pieces and crumbs. I made matzo balls with the crumbs.

The reason I gave it less than I would normally give, is bc the crackers were all broken up. I will still use Tham to make Christmas Crack. I would buy these in the store where they don't travel so as to have full sized crackers. THEN I would recommend them.

After reading all the reviews, I expected this to be a very good substitute for the Saltines I've missed so much since becoming gluten intolerant; it's decent, but not quite as good as I had anticipated. I'll still continue buying them from time to time, though, while hoping to find something better.

Box looks like it was trying to be opened either by a child whose mother had it in the cart so she put it back and took an unopened one. I wish the shopper had taken a better box for me.

I'm giving these one star but it's not a fair review. These are the best gluten-free crackers....they taste exactly like saltines. They are crispy and light and you would never know they are not made of wheat. BUT...I ordered these for my restaurant and the first box I opened was nothing but crumbs. And then the second box. And then the third box. And then the fourth box...I ordered matzo squares but I got breadcrumbs. I cannot serve these to my guests. I can't use them at all. Not even to have friends over- they are pulverized. If I needed to make a thousand gluten-free squash casseroles and needed breadcrumbs, maybe I'd have another use for a box of 24 of them. TWENTY-FOUR BOXES OF CRUMBS. These crackers are delicate and I can tell they just got shook to death during the delivery process. They need to be packed much better in order to arrive intact. I bought them previously from Fresh Market and they are always squares when they come out of the box, so somebody out there knows how to pack them for shipping. Not Walmart, though. If you can buy these in the store and can make sure they have not been utterly decimated, do it. They are tasty. Otherwise, take a hard pass.

I should have listened to the other reviewers. Matzo arrived completely crushed. Nothing but crumbs. I might be able to use in a meatloaf or something.

If every single piece of Matza had not been broken, the taste was very good. As well as the texture, crispness and saltiness was not too much or little.
