Affordable and strong
I used to get Valerian off of Amazon for over 5 years...Until I found these. Strongest capsule and less expensive...My mom and take them every single night.

These work amazingly. They help me get sleepy and to stay or go back to sleep, if nature calls. The best thing is, I don't have to hold my nose to take them. and the are a manageable size to swallow.
