Didnt work for me.
Just didn't work for me. Going back to the cheap Sleep-Aids by Equate. I was hesitant to use Melatonin anyway, because they stop your body from producing its own melatonin. But I gave them a try anyway. Did nothing for me. Maybe its just my system, as others seem to have liked them.

they taste horrible.
I thought I would give these a try but I am literally going to throw them away because I can't eat them. they're supposed to melt in your mouth really quickly but they don't
