melatonin 12 mg
Have been using another brand, but switched to this brand and works really well. Take it 30 minutes before bedtime and helps to relax and get off to sleep. dissolves easily

Didnt work for me.
Just didn't work for me. Going back to the cheap Sleep-Aids by Equate. I was hesitant to use Melatonin anyway, because they stop your body from producing its own melatonin. But I gave them a try anyway. Did nothing for me. Maybe its just my system, as others seem to have liked them.
