2021 Apple 10.2-inch iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular 64GB - Space Gray (9th Generation)

Quick service. Had a manufacturer defect with the original product out of the box so I sent in in for a replacement and Walmart had my replacement shipped and delivered in just days after I sent in my defective iPad. This product is amazing. Fast response time, and the extra storage makes it a must have for long road-trips.

Ok this item is really good smooth sleek and overall amazing I had bought the same one but the other color 2 weeks ago and it was exactly the same I’ve no complaints about they’re performance or overall look! Both came in before they’re scheduled dates and they did spectacular with taking care of it during shipping

The iPad works great and the CSR I chatted with for price check was excellent. He even gave me an extra $10 less than the competitor. My only issue with the purchase is shipping. Walmart, please stop using FedEx! They left the package in the middle of my carport. I almost ran it over because it was so small. The front porch is a closer drop off than the carport. This has happened on more than one occasion with a WM order. USPS and UPS take the time to place it in a safe place.

For the iPad itself, I found it amazing to my standards. The interface is smooth and animations don't lag. Although I did notice it would freeze for a few seconds when going to fast, but I guess I should've expected that from an economic iPad from 2 years ago. Games play well, and rhythm games are a lot easier thanks to the big screen and amazing response time. I would recommend this tablet if you need a simple tablet with a headphone jack. But beware of delivery. FedEx is known to be careless with its packages, even if it is a quite expensive tablet. Of course, you should necer have any technology delivered to you if you live in an apartment, but I stilk did it. They dropped it off at another apartment that ordered something from Walmart as well, so I guess the delivery driver didn't bother to check whether or not this was the same person. Anyway, good product, bad deluvery service.

Bought two off these iPad and one of them was replaced with a older version which still had the previous user information still logged in photos and all,took it back to the store and had to wait 1hr to get some kind of solution they wouldn’t price match the product for what the current price was because they stated it was done online..

Picture of where item was left is not at my address and don’t know where they left it. On chat hold for 30 minutes and counting. I just want driver to pick it up wherever they left it and bring it to my house. Heck, I’d stand out at road and dance a jig so they could find me, or have them read road signs and mailbox number…

This by far is the worst ipad I habe ever bought. It doesn't hold a charge and it literally takes hours to charge. I called Apple and the only thing I was told is sorry. I don't recommend. My ipad 6 held a much better charge and charged faster. soon as I remove this ipad off the charger it instantly drops 3 to 4% . I have never had this issue with any of my past ipads.

Hey everbuddy, here now the views. This is not a slam on Apple or the iPad in general, I love Apple products. The brand-new sealed ipad purchased from Walmart was received on Monday 8-1-22 and wouldn’t start up, just a white screen with vertical lines. I hope the replacement works. It arrives today, Friday 8-5-22 and I’ll update later whether the new one works or not.

I placed the order for two iPads but they only sent 1 iPad to me. When I called Walmart for refund, they refused and insisted that the shipping label mentioned "5 lbs" so they believed they have send two iPads. But their package can only fit one iPad and the so called "5 lbs" label was also matching package weight at all. OnTrac tracking information has the package size as 15"x11"x2" while the iPad box size is 10.3" x 7.8" x 2.1". How could you possibly fit two iPad in such a small package? Please see the attached photos which can prove my point. But Walmart customer service did not buy in my argument and insisted they believe they delivered both items. I searched the Walmart website reviews, and I am not the only case in late October 2023. I felt like Walmart is trying to scam the regular customer base for profits. This is unacceptable.

I can’t make a comment on the IPAD yet, I ordered it for a Christmas gift . Crossing my fingers that it is. My video shows the delivery guy just tossing it to the door. I will never order another Electrical item again. It was delivered through OnTrack.
