2022 Apple 10.9-inch iPad Wi-Fi 256GB - Silver (10th Generation)

We searched for a long while for a great IPad for my medically retired husband. It's his lifeline in a way to the outside world when he prefers to stay at home. Arrived on time, package was perfect(no drops detected), same product and GB that was ordered(no rip offs from overseas🙄) and I had to deliberately leave off ease off a rating about easy to navigate or use because that's all relative. I found it very easy to use and set up but my husband was having a hard time with portions of set up and info transfer from his old one to this one.

Love it. The change from my 9th generation to this is nice, moves quickly. The camera/video quality improvement is noticeable . The controls are not as prominent and work well, I'm happy . Fantastic price.

We got these iPads for our kids Christmas. When they opened their gift box it was the most exciting thing to see how surprised they were. Now when we're traveling you don't even hear sound in the van from them

The delivery is smooth and on time. The unit works well no isaue upon update to latest ios. The battery looks great even the charger is so fast. The unit is clean looks brand new. My kids really loves it. Thank you for taking care pf it well. The 2 units of ipad for my kids really loves them. 2 units of pen is really good too. Thank you my kids really happy they can use this definetly to school.

This iPad has had trouble from the start. I think it was a refurbished model which I will never buy again. It's been a year and it's been problems all along. It doesn't want to connect to internet sometimes, and when FaceTimeing it doesn't allow the senders picture to be moved around.

Honestly it could just be my iPad I'm not sure. I brought it new and it came with issues and i constantly have to reset it for it to act normal, sometimes can't swipe bac and forth or up and down on the screen and sometimes my volume acts weird so I make me question if it really came new or did they give me. Used one by mistake?! Would show a video but it will only let me take a picture

Cardboard box arrived was cut open and retaped in shipping department. Tablet was to be used for my son as a speech aide because he is non verbal with autism. Walmart refused to be held responsible for the empty box I received. Multiple tries to get a refund an no response. Think twice prior to purchase. Cant review this item because walmart shippers failed.

Walmart customer service is absolutely horrible. I purchased an iPad over a month ago. I received a box that was delivered to my front steps of my house. I opened it up. There was no iPad only two bottles of Aveeno eczema wash and a dove soap shampoo. none of those three items I ordered. I only ordered an iPad. I spent $400 and receive no iPad. I have called Walmart customer service number four times each time them giving me assurance that they will refund me the money. This was happening at target a lot if you read the customer service reviews people weren't getting their iPads so I purchased it from Walmart because I have never had a problem with them. I cannot believe this has happened. I have $400 held up that is owed to me each time I have called they tell me they're gonna manually put the refund through and then it takes up to 10 days and then I wait and then nothing happens so now I have to go through PayPal and dispute the charges Unbelievable. I thought it was coming with a cover for the tablet, not a mini keyboard. He has no ned of that. Cane I returen it to the Wal Mart store and order a cover the I pad. Thans Donna

Order said delivered nothing outside 2days layer empty walmart box delivered called walmart said refund was send will receive in 2 days but nothing! Called again someone was supposed to call me back still no response
