I ordered this item it was supposed to arrive on April 4 but it was attempted delivered March 30 with no notification wasn't home to receive it needed signature, UPS then misplaced my package and I haven't got it yet or refund. I been on the phone with UPS Walmart and CVS for past two days literally all day, package was supposed to be delivered to the access point which was CVS as they only attempt to deliver to house once smh for all the $ I spent it should be delivered to my home but didn't mind picking it up if UPS didn't loose my $800 package. Attempted to reach the seller via email 3 times no response and called and left voicemail twice no response smh first email was an inquiry of product before buying but decided to buy anyways here it goes 5 days later no reply UPS doesn't allow you to create a claim as it's the shipper responsibility and if package is not delivered the UPS does have to reimburse customer back but the refund goes to shipper not buyer and the process on their investigation is 5-8 business days then they mail out a check to shipper and that's another 3-4 days and that's in hopes the seller refunds me, too long of a process and to much aggravation. I am a patient person and very understanding but with the lack of communication and the $ I spent I am beyond upset. I was trying to avoid making a bad review as I had high hopes of this being resolved in a timely manner or at least have some communication with seller but since there was not I am hoping this will get the seller to reach out to me. I understand I was the one who missed package but there was no notification on me receiving it any earlier then the expected delivery date and not only that it was the holiday weekend and I was not home which a lot of people are not during holiday time UPS sucks and would never use their service Walmart customer support also is not supportive told me the UPS site needs to be updated to reflect package lost or under investigation before they issue refund smh and the seller is just silent I would think twice before buying from here he/she did their job by shipping but is not good with the customer service part of things lack of communication and updates. I keep getting the run around it was so easy to take my money but it's so hard to get me my product or refund smh
