I like it!
This has helped me greatly. For me taking this 250 mg Niacin twice a day is a lot easier to take than it is to take 500 mg once a day. I like taking it after lunch and dinner. In my way of thinking, that is when it does me the most good. It's a good product which I am confident to recommend to anyone.

This no flush niacin seems to work like all the other brands i have tried, and the price was right at the time.

Very Good Product
The product is as advertised. Most Niacin is 500 or more mg but I was looking for 200mg. This 250mg meets my needs

Not niacin
The material in these containers is not niacin. It's is probably also not niacinamide. It is most likely just chalk. It is labeled niacin.
