21st Century Sentry Senior, Women's 50+, Multivitamin & Multimineral Supplement, 100 Tablets

These are great. I can tell when I'm taking them because I can tell if I've forgotten to take them. My immune system is much more resistant to colds and flu when taking one a day.

I don't always eat right. I think taking a multiple vitamins wil help me stay healthy. You are told so many things about what you should and should not eat. Some articles say the opposite of each other. I've decided that 21st Century Sentry Senior, Multivitamin %26 Multiminerals Supplement is a good, reasonably priced supplement to try to improve my health.

It is easy to take. Tablets are not too big to swallow. I feel great taking this multi vitamins

This is the SAME horse pill size vitamin as equate Complete Multi-vitamn Women 50 , exact same ingredients and amounts, everything. Just a different name, and twice the no. of tablets in a bigger bottle (mostly air - as usual. I bought this bc Equate vits bc these are so darn big I have to break them in half, and that hurts my hands bc of arthritis. I made the mistake of buying 2 of the bottles, too long ago to take the unopened one back. The vits have a lot in them which is good. The size and cost for this isn't tho. At least this one has a drawing on the bottle of the size of the tablet that the Equate doesnt have. My husband bought this one for me, without realizing it'd be a problem.
