i thought this device was going to be a lower type grade not knowing the name but they have proved me wrong. the battery has surpassed my expectations and the tork is really amazingly powerful

it is fantastic for easy around the house jobs. i wouldnt take it to a major worksite.

I gave this 1 star because of misinformation. The battery isn't 6000mah (6ah) but more like 2500mah. You can tell by the size. Also the voltage is a little off. The ad said 21v, but when I charged it several times the best I could get was 20.2v. Not a big deal but it doesn't charge up to 21v as per the ad. The drill is ok for the money but I would not rely on it for a big job such as building a deck.

The drill bits broke during my first use.

I just received this drill and upon opening the case, there are NO instructions for operation. The drill seems ruggid enuff to do the small jobs I need it for, but I am female, and not familiar with power tools.. guess I will have to search online to see if i can find operaters manual.
