Beautiful, mine arrived assembled, which I wasn't expecting as I had read reviews mentioning packaging or assembly. Cruisers are very popular now with teens, so I 'm glad I was able to get this for such a good price. This is a perfect size and comfort level for most average sized women without useless gears and hunching over to ride it. We also purchased a basket and old fashioned bell for this, because I guess that's also part of the cruiser fad.
It was not the easiest to secure the seat. It stills slides around when riding and also the handle bars don’t secure well. We have tightened them as much as possible and it still gets off center quite easily. Also seat bar will slide completely down the tubed seat frame and it’s very difficult to get out. It does ride well though and I like the weight and size.
I purchased this bike online from Walmart, selecting a model I had personally seen in-store the night before. The in-store price was originally $140, but online, it was listed as available for local store delivery at a sale price of $90. Expecting the same bike I had viewed, I placed the order. When the bike arrived, I opened the package to verify everything was correct—only to find that the price had been cut even further to $54 without any prior confirmation. While a discount might seem like a good thing, this wasn't the bike I expected. The quality was shockingly poor. The rear reflector was completely smashed off, with broken nuts and bolts. The soft matte paint had no protective topcoat, causing chipping and scratches straight out of the box. The stickers were bubbling and peeling, making it look like a defective or older model. The issues didn't stop there. The barcode sticker was glued so tightly to the frame that it was nearly impossible to remove. The bike lacks any shocks, making for a rough ride, and only has pedal brakes, which are not ideal for a 16-year-old. The biggest issue was with the seat adjustment—it was completely non-functional. The adjuster bar for height was missing, and the second bar that's supposed to lift the seat wasn't included. Instead, the seat was simply tightened down onto the inner pole, meaning there was no way to adjust it properly. I know for a fact that the bike I intended to buy was in-store, at the exact location I ordered it from for delivery. Instead, I ended up with what feels like a lower-end or defective model, and the price drop after purchase—without any notification—makes it feel like a bait-and-switch situation. I would not recommend purchasing a bike this way from Walmart, as the quality and the entire ordering experience were extremely disappointing.
arrived flat on it's side even though it explicitly says on the box NOT to do that, and there's dents everywhere. customer service doesn't care. just go to the store if you're gonna buy this because it will arrive in horrible condition and nobody will help you
Bike arrived and after assblying and filling tires with air. The front tire separated from the rim. Walmart can't send a new tire. Bike assembled and won't fit back in box. Walmart won't return funds or replace the bike unless I disassemble and return to the box.
Bicycle was delivered to my door. it has a dent in the fender and the seat is broken and very loose. i want a replacement bike or full refund. My son also purchased the same bike for me as a gift. This bike is unassembled in a box at his house. My bike is assembled but the seat is very loose, will not tighten at all. i cannot ride this bike. please help me and my son who each purchased two blue bikes that are not rideable. Kathleen and son Chris
Total garbage!!! I bought it for my granddaughter for making the honor roll all year. She loved it until she tried to ride up a slight slope. It was almost impossible to pedal. I thought it needed to be oiled. That didn't help. My son rode it and said the seat was positioned right over the pedals therefore my granddaughter wasn't able to use her weight to push the pedals. Poor engineering!!! You'd think they'd know how to build a bike by now.
Package was damaged and inside the handle was already assembled wrongly. No matter how much I tried handle bolt did not loosen and I couldn't fix it to use it. Total waste of money. I wish I could return it, I had to travel and return window closed
Bike just arrived it’s discolored which in thought was mold the handle bars are stained not suitable for a gift looks like it’s had a rough life already now I have to pack it back up for return
Bike Arrived 1 Day Of Shipping I Was Really Looking Forward To Making My Daughter Happy With A New Bike However The Paint Looks Old Like It Was Painted Over Rust It’s Not What We Expected The Seat Is Very Loose She Cant Even Sit On It And The Handle Bars Will Not Stay Up Basically A Waste Of Money And The Back Tire Was Flat Very Disappointed
