Ordering is easy and so is follow up. I love coming into the store but since times are not always safe, shopping on line is great. Lot of people use Amazon but my credit card was comprised twice. I like Walmart the best because there is follow up and any issue is resolved in a very timely fashion. I go to Walmart first and last. They have everything that I would ever need. I met the guy at the door as he was putting the bags on the top of the step. Everything was in bags. We love Borax! Been using it in every load of laundry for about 4 years now. The water in Colorado Springs is so hard that even if you wash and dry right behind each other, your clothes still smell a lot of the time. We also have teenage boys. Borax has gotten of the smell in our clothes every time.

Arrived prompty but was packaged with several other items and the packaging exploded during transport. I would have suggested the distributor package differently/better in the future, but the product itself works as it should!

This Borax can work for so many problems around the home, from ants to weed to laundry. Do a quick online to find out all the ways to use it. Great price and quick delivery! Thanks Walmart

There is simply too much trash and chemicals in most household products This is simple and safe for use in most laundry settings ❤️ Now… for Walmart’s delivery service I rate them zero. I had a coupon for this item which the driver claimed was damaged and returned to the store. Walmart claimed it was sent the next day-pure lies. I lost my Walmart cash and wasn’t able to reorder with the same discount. They really are scammers

I used to like this specific laundry booster but for some reason the recent batch I received has been leaving these melted plastic pieces on all our clothes. It is such a pain to remove because they are like glue and super hard! I specifically use for our undergarments so a 30 minute soak and hot water is always used so I don't understand what it is that's not dissolving or maybe my box is contaminated with something that isn't detergent? Really disappointed

My delivery box arrived not sealed,and the rest of my items were covered with borax. If they had placed them separately and sealed in a plastic bag this wouldnt have happened.

box had a hole in it so it leaked in my mail box and in car. they really should put the box into a bag when shipping it so it doesn't get soap granuals everywhere. other than that i think it should be fine

I ordered a 3 pack of borax. The price was $17.46 for the 3...not $11.62. My original order was for 3 boxes that were delivered to the wrong house. So $5.82 x 3 is $17.46 that needs to be reimbursed along with the $4.00 tip. It should be $31.98 and the $4.00 tip and tax should all be reimbursed.
