I love using the Ready Rice blends for quick meals

Be careful when you purchase these larger sizes. They tend to be older or longer on the shelf. They aren't expired but the rice is hard inside the package and affects the way it cooks in microwave. I prefer the 8.5oz size over this larger size.

A 12-pack is better than individual pouches.
A 12-pack is far better than individual pouches. I have had my share of the individual pouches. I used them in a soup, and they ALL had a sandy grain at the end of the serving. So disconcerting!

I just bought this rice from price chopper and it's nasty.Smells bad tastes bad and say made with bioengineered ingredients.No thanks
