I am a 63-year-old man who just started paramedic school as a retirement project. I began taking this supplement. After about a week or so of daily use I found that it made me more alert and it was easier for me to remember things. For example it seemed easier for me to remember intubation procedures and drug dosages, contraindications and adverse reactions. For me it is very helpful.

Although I just started taking the Equate Brain Health gummies, I’m hoping it helps me remember things better because I’m only 41. I’ve started forgetting the words I’m trying to say, I know the word, but it takes a few seconds to come to me and that’s scary. So before I freak out and go to a neurologist, I’ll start small and do simple things and see if that helps. They taste fine and I take 2 a day with my breakfast.

if you have memory problems like i do get you some of these. it takes a good 3 to 4 months to notice anything but after that it really really works great. I love this product.

i love taking these. they have the same active ingredients as neuriva at a more reasonable price. they are made with pectin instead of gelatin and they have a good taste. ive noticed the difference in clarity and quickness of thinking.

Over all it's a very good product. My memory has inproved a little. And it's a lot cheapper than the name brend. The only thing I don't like is they stick together in the bottle. And sometimes it's hard to get just one out at a time

I don’t recommend. I got some pretty bad headaches taking them. At first I couldn’t figure out why I was getting them, but then noticed that when I stopped taking the supplements, the headaches when away. I figured I’d test to see if I was right so I started taking them again, and the headaches came back. Skip taking these.
