Easy to swallow caplets. I find them easy to break in two when I need a smaller/larger dosage. Good relief and I don't find a difference between the Equate brand and the name brand.

Highly recommend these pain pills. Great price and these truly work, I have lower back issues from pulling a muscle by lifting weights and neuropathy in one foot but these do take the pain away. I'd rather take these tablets occasionally than prescribed meds with crazy side effects.

My doctor told me to stop buying the name brand and read the back of the labels on the WalMart products and I'd see the same information. She was right.....word for word. Both items were exactly the same. What a game changer and money saver. And this is not the first time I've bought this nor will it be the last.

This product is a great value for your money and it works just as well as Members Mark and Tylenol. I would recommend this product to anyone else who needs or wants to use it( teens, adults, and seniors too). It is gentle on your throat and stomach and it doesn't cause digestive problems and it's easy to swallow.

If you want to save money on this type of item, go with equate 3 pack extra strength Acetaminophen 500 mg. It came close to only $2.00 per bottle, compared to the local dollar store here where I live at $5.95 for only ONE bottle. My arthritis is so much better under control with this med.

This contains the same ingredient as the name brand, Tylenol. There isn’t any difference in effectiveness or quality. It has enough coating to prevent any chalky feel or taste. I also buy this brand of ibuprofen (generic Motrin). I have severe spinal and neuromuscular disabilities, which translates to chronic pain and inflammation. Both the acetaminophen and the ibuprofen work very well. Save yourself some money. Brand name prices add up quickly. My mother and two oldest sisters are RNs. They were the ones who initially taught me there’s no difference. I’ve used generic for at least 40 years. Try it. You’ll like it. 😉

Unfortunately they delivered ibuprofen instead of Tylenol and I see why! They have the same exact red and white design on the front. This is extremely dangerous for someone with kidney issues as they cannot have ibuprofen, ever. I urge Walmart to redesign a distinct color difference between the two meds. Please double check your bottle before you take it.
