I dont know if it will help,but I love the texture of these oats. I mix oats in my food to improve constapation.I wanted to see if it would help with rash on face,I so far dont have any issues.To me it reminds me of chicken and dressing.I love chicken and dressing but I dont eat it because its mostly bread and I need mostly vegetables.

recently found out I have Hoshimotos and needed to go gluten free. I prefer steel cut texture but these oats are really good savory style. I add a 1/2 cup mixed veggies and use chicken or beef broth to cook them with. This turned oats into a healthy hardy meal anytime. I also really love the affordable price. Most gluten free products are twice the price.

I like this brand of oatmeal best. When using my microwave to heat and cook the oatmeal, it actually cooks up well . The Quaker Oats quick oats still seems to be under cooked even after cooking additional time in my microwave.

I have been surprised at how well I like this Gluten Free Quick Oatmeal as I have a new micowave and this is a perfect breakfast, a perfect microwave bread, and a perfect microwave cookie to make quickly even using my reusable white tofu container to cook my bread and cookie in.

Yes, oats are naturally gluten free. But these are processed without contact with gluten contaminated machines

Not as tasty or sweet as the Quaker Oats' instant packets of oatmeal but much healthier for you, as it doesn't have that extra sugar and those extra chemicals/ingredients that are not good for your health. I add cinnamon sugar and stevia to give it some flavor . It's okay for breakfast.

Best GF oats! The worst price although better than other companies. It's terrible that people with allergies have to pay so much more for normal food. That is my only reason for the lower stars.

Truly my only issue was the texture. Mush! I probably should have gotten the gluten free oats not the quick oats. These oats are ground up really fine.
