Breader
I use House of Autry breader almost exclusively for all my fried seafood and in a pinch for chicken & pork. It's a great product and at the good price. It gives my fried items a great flavor and it's better than any other product I've tried.

Expired 6 months before it was sold to me
The package was delivered to me June 23, 2025. The expiration on it was for Jan. 1, 2025. It's a half year old frying mix for human consumption. Not sure if it is safe to eat.
