(3 pack) Kinder's Homestyle Ranch with Buttermilk and Herbs Seasoned Panko Bread Crumb Coating Mix, 5 oz

Delicious! Used on some thin cut, pounded down chicken breasts. Next time I would not preseason or presalt the chicken- this panko blend has everything you need for flavourful chicken. Do not add salt to your chicken! Then I drenched in flour followed by a dip in an egg bowl and finally coated with panko on a plate and finished over a hot oiled pan. Perfection! The thicker cuts I finished in the oven for a few minutes. I would use again and will be trying the other panko flavors. This one while I loooove dill- does have a pronounced dilly, herbaceous flavor even after cooking with it. Less so than when straight out of the bag.

I dip chicken in olive oil then coat with bread crumb coating and cook in air fryer. Delicious

We decided to try this blend to make fried green tomatoes. Wow! The flavor was outstanding! It simplified the process and I went and bought another bag the next day. It is a tad salty, so I will cut it with some plain panko next time.

However I didn't feel that the ranch really came through it was basically just breaded chicken. extremely salty. at first i thought maybe it was a bad batch, but after looking at the sodium level, its very high. very dissatisfied.
