Great one gallon bag that compostable completely 12 months after deposed. That is a great news on earth, no longer worry about environment safety any more. Since it was made by compostable material, its color if off white. Great product!

This is an outstanding product! We have used all of these within a few days. It is great that they are compostable. We have a large compost pile that we use for our garden and flowers. We are always growing something and use our compost pile all the time. The more we have for it the better for us. Plus, I like the idea of not using plastic storage bags. We will be buying these! Great product! Highly Recommend!

These compostable storage bags are just the right size for my “Thanks For Coming” crock. I throw all of my compostable scraps into it when I'm cooking, then take the whole thing to the compost bin outside. Of course I don't know yet if they will break down, but I'll know when I go to use the compost. I do love the idea though and hope for good results. They're strong enough for my needs, fit my crock, and save the planet!? A win in my book.

They are sturdy and work very well. Feels great knowing they are compostable. Semi clear so you can see what is on them. Markers work on the bags. Don't need labels. They are perfect for meat, fish, and chicken storages and marinade in the refrigerator. This eco-friendly products are comparable in size and sturdiness, freezer safe, but reduce single-use plastic, decrease waste in landfills, reduce harmful residue in the environment. Save our planet. Better for you, better for the earth.

I am absolutely loving these compostable food storage bags! They aren't clear like other storage bags I'm used to seeing but that doesn't bother me one bit! They work very well and keep food stored safely and securely. The bag closure is a little more difficult to close than other bags of this type but it maybe it just takes a tiny bit more effort. In my opinion it's worth to have such environmentally friendly storage bag options. I've been using them for a couple weeks now and they've never once leaked. They're sturdy and perfectly meet my needs. They feel soft too. I would much rather by compostable storage bags than non compostable ones since it's better for the environment. I'm so excited about these and highly recommend.

They are a little expensive, but better than using real plastic

I like the Matter 100%Compostable Gallon Food Storage Bags they seem to be very heavy duty . The bags are a little hard to get open but are easy to close and they definitely seal tight. The thing that I dot care for is that its hard to tell what you have in them because there not see threw. Overall there nice bags.

I try to be kind to our planet, really, but nothing beats a zippered plastic bag! I'm hoping I'll feel less guilt when I use these, since they can be composted. These bags aren't clear like other brands - they have a sort of "frosted" look to them. The zipper holds tight and I haven't had any problems with them tearing, so this may be my new go-to for plastic bags. I haven't actually tried to compost one yet but I'm curious as to how it will break down.
