My mom is the reason I count on neosporin! I know she always used it to treat our pain and scrapes. I grew up with 4 siblings and I now am 80 with a grown family of 5. It’s nice to have confidence in a tried and tested and true product like Neosporin for healing.
I’ve used original Neosporin for as long as I can remember, and I always make sure there’s a tube in the medicine cabinet. It’s the go-to for every little scrape or cut, especially when I’m working out in the yard or the garage. What I like about the original ointment is that it doesn’t sting and it actually stays put under a bandage. I’ve tried the generic 'Triple Antibiotic' versions before, but I always come back to the brand name for the consistency. It really does seem to help things heal up faster without leaving a bad scar. It’s one of those few items where I don't mind paying a little extra for the piece of mind. Definitely a must-have for the home first aid kit.
If you ever had a cut, scrapes or other minor skin issue, neosporin is it! For the price it is worth it. Sometimes the price appears to be expensive for this little tube but once you apply the ointment, it soothes, relieves and heals the skin within a reasonable time frame, providing you don't have any issues with healing. I have tried generics and other brands who claim the same responses, non have compared to neosporin over the years.
I use all the "flavors" of Neosporin: Burn, Lidocaine, the clear one without the neomycin, and the original, etc... It is THE BEST EVER first aid ointment for burns and cuts, HANDS DOWN. I keep it on my nighstand, bathroom drawers, kitchen cabinet, and my purse. I do not, however, like the cream form.
I am in. I really like this product. I had to use it because I stabbed myself with a knife while trying to separate frozen sausage patty and it helped take the soreness away after I had done it and had to put Caesars on it and it held well without making the Caesars come off, so I really enjoyed being able for it to stick and not keep the Band-Aid and sutures coming on.
highly rated and great alproved of by everybody to heal cuts, wounds, sores and marks that anybody might need if sonething wrre to happen to them or to someone like a neighbor, s child, or a relative ir family member or just anyone in need of First Aid
I have used Neosporin for years. My mother used it on al our boo boos when I was growing up. I used it when I bb left home and I used it on my boys as they were growing up. They are 50 and 44 and they used it on their boys. It is tried and true and I still use it!!
this original heals the redness under my nose when it's allergy season in a matter of a few minutes . when you put it on a wound and then place a bandaid over it ...it's gone overnight sometimes it may take a few days but no scar . I tried putting it on the bandaid and then placed it over wound it doesn't quite work as well , so do the first way. go to wtygfm.org , nvbc.org/heaven
I keep this handy. You never know when it will be needed to use on cuts and scrapes. This is a replacement order because we used up my last tube. I also carry a tube when traveling because it's always needed.
I feel that I get better results with Neosporin than with the generic brands. I recently had an infected place on a finger nail and this product cleared it up in just a couple of days.
