It's like eating a piece of candy. They are an orange flavored gummies. But. What is best I was told by my doctor to use magnesium to stop the very painful cramps in my feet. These have worked better then any other supplements I have tried.

Easy in my stomach, magnesium citrate is the only way to take magnesium. All other types mostly go out the body or wind up as kidney stones and problems. If we are going to take supplements we need research what is in every bottle because they don't care about our health, they care out getting our money! I want my money to count in every way including supplements! Best be our own advocate.

When pulling vitamins/supplements items for delivery, it might be good to check on expiration dates. Bottle of magnesium gummies I received had a "Exp 05/26." Granted, it is hard to read and is on bottom of bottle, but still should be something checked.
