Sometimes, you don;t know how something makes you feel until you stop using it. I ran out of turmerc and figured, I didn't need it. In 3 days I started feeling the aches in my shoulders and my knees. So, I purchased it again and feel great. I highly recommend this if you have sore jooits. It really helps.

What can I say? They're pills. Work amazingly for reducing inflamation. Has to be these, specifically, though. I've tried other brands and other turmeric supplements that this brand offers, but i keep coming back to these. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if they came down on the price a little, though.

I'ma fitness instructor and do a lot of bicep curls in my classes. When I was having severe pain in my elbow and the cortisone shots didn't seem to be working, my mother suggested turmeric. Dont know if this stuff works well, but ive heard good things from people about it with pain and inflammation! Would rather try this than RX from Dr...they do have a spicy taste ( Curcumin?), but i have to get relief from arthritis and fibromyalgia and lumbar back pain! Worth a try at this price! Fingers crossed.

all three lids couldnt be taken off at all in the normal way, at all. .it took knife, wrench, hammer %26 then finally a pair of wire cutters to break %26 cut the lid off. then had to get a piece of clear wrap and a rubber band to close the bottle up. ps dont know how to place a pic in spot ty

Incorrect dosage delivered (500mg rather than 1500 mg). When I physically returned to the store they did not have the 1500 in stock (so why did the online purchase indicate they did). They could do nothing but credit my card. Reorder isn't possible since this alone does not meet minimum for free delivery. I will now go to Amazon for this type of product.
