These Weight Management Gummies work really good. I am 76 years old and don't get out much, just need some help with my eating habits and these seem to help a lot. My daughter also takes these and swears by them she started out 275 lbs and now down to 240 the weight comes off gradually. It took her a year to loose 35 lbs. but just 1 gummie a day, and gentle exericse, she does not watch her eating habits.

These work good if you take them correctly. Instead of chewing them I find that if I suck on them until they dissolve they work really good. If you chew them and then swallow them right away you're not getting the full benefits of the gummy.

This worked so well to help kick a few stubborn pounds. I love that you only have to take one in the morning. Many alternatives you have to take multiple throughout the day and I usually forget. This one has no side effects.

Im 3 months postpartum trying to lose weight. I was eating in a caloric deficit for a month and a half, but my weight wasn't moving. I started to freak out and look for a suppliment as I've heard many women postpartum complain they struggled to lose weight, so i was worried it was me as well. I weigh the train 5 days out the week and eat in a deficit. im also eating high protein daily, so I know that these gummies aren't the sole purpose, but how ironic that my weight started dropping as soon as i took them. I feel like this has really helped me. This, itself, will not caause weight loss, but it can be beneficial to help you lose weight and diet. The chromium and apple cider vinegar in these gummies has helped me cut down cravings, especially with sugar. This isn't perfect, but can help!

this product helps suppress my appetite, but it doesn't sause jumpiness. I've lost 15 lbs. since I began a gummy adter my coffee. I also have more energy to walk for exercise

The gummies had a great taste, and after the initial dose, which I chewed, I started to let the gummies dissolve on my tongue, and that seemed to help. For the first 30 or so days, the gummies seemed to help curve my appetite. But into the 2nd month of taking them, they didn't work as well in controlling my appetite. Since, the label said the dosage was 1 gummy per day, I did not increase to 2. I would recommend the use of these, for the price, worked fairly well. I would not purchase again.

Taste ok, but it didn't do anything for me. In fact I gained weight, but I can't solely say this is the cause, because I'm also taking a hair, skin and nails gummy supplement and sleep gummies, and gummies contain calories! Even the one for weight loss. Go figure.
