Firm, tasty, not flour-ee
Winland Foods, Inc owns this label and is the largest pasta maker in the country; it is quality pasta. I bought the rotini and it came out firm and held onto my olive oil then made it again and held onto the tomato sauce. This is quality pasta, no wonder they sell so much. Not one piece of pasta was broken when delivered, so that's a good sign. It's not that flouree-awful brand that starts with a B. This is more quality like the brand that starts with a D. I have had them all and when I see American Beauty label, I load up. Just love the flavor of this pasta.
