I've never had cookie butter before, I heard all the hype and thought it was an overhyped peanut butter type thing (I hate peanut butter). But I caved and got some seeing that Walmart had a cheaper option, not having the highest of hopes. This is one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life I will be buying every single grocery order
I cannot tell the difference between this and the original - the smell, taste, texture, spread and usability are exactly like the Lotus Biscoff cookie butter spread. I primarily use this to make Lotus Biscoff cheesecake, tiramisu, smoothie and other Lotus Biscoff desserts. This product melts well when placed in the microwave to become pourable and will incorporate into whipped cream/cream cheese etc. I also use it when making crepes, or occasionally in a sandwich with some banana slices. The packaging is convenient and it can be easily stored in the pantry.
This is by far my favorite sweet snack. I've never been a big fan of traditional peanut butter but this, in my opinion, is nothing like peanut butter except maybe similar in texture. It tastes good on toasted or un-toasted bread, on cookies but my favorite base for cookie butter is just a spoon. If you've never tried a cookie butter, you must try this one. I've had other brands but this one is my favorite.
Heavenly!! I actually like this better than the cookies themselves. I have used it on toast, given it to my grandkids in place of peanut butter on a sandwich, and used it in several desserts. I'm a tiny bit obsessed.
Smooth and creamy, more of a peanut butter texture than the brand name. Slightly sweeter too. Good value. I have been spreading it on banana slices for a snack.
This is even better than the original brand. The original has a slightly burnt flavor, whereas this has a decadent, creamy, buttery flavor profile. It's perfection, especially when dipping pretzels.
I found the balance of spices and caramelized sugars in this cookie butter to be perfect. I ate it off the spoon for breakfast. I paired apples with the cookie butter for snacks. I highly recommended it, it is wonderful.
This is a perfect substitute for the Biscoff brand of cookie butter. It's less sweet, which is perfect if you want some cookie butter but the other version is too much. I've gotten this cookie butter a few times now, but there's times when it's completely runny that I have to mix it before getting a scoop. Otherwise, it's a great cheaper and less sweet alternative!
I've actually ordered this a couple times and my biggest complaint is the texture is inconsistent. My first jar was almost the same texture as the brand name one, but since then they have been drippy and the oil pools at the top like peanut butter. You can't scoop it and eat it by the spoonful (as cookie butter is meant to be consumed) but if you want to dip apples or spread it thin this is the one you should use. I don't like it when it's a drippy texture and won't be getting it a 4th time.
This is nothing like the real name brand version. Doesn't taste the same, and has a very odd and artificial flavor. I reccomend just buying the actual real thing instead
