(4 pack) Great Value Premium Skinless & Boneless Smoked Pink Salmon, 2.5 oz

I bought this for a keto omelette recipe %26 have bought the brand names before, also for egg recipes (quiche). I was hesitant because I do not love canned salmon, and I buy the big cans for my elderly cat for snacks %26 it looks gross to me - both the brand %26 generic contain bones. Plus, it was less than half price per ounce, so I'm thinking that reflects the quality. But, i was so pleasantly surprised that it compelled me to write this. I'm not sure if they changed the product, as the poor reviews do not seem to reflect what I got. The meat was clearly processed to be uniform, but it is well flavored, dry %26 completely bone free. To me, it tastes just like the brand name stuff %26 can be eaten alone even by picky salmon eaters like myself.

The smoked salmon pouch is outstanding. Right amount of smoked salmon flavor, not a lot of liquid in the pouch so you can just open and eat without having to drain anything. Have purchased the plain salmon in the pouch but with the smoked you don't need to add anything. Great for a simple protein lunch. Will definitely be buying them again

I mix this with gv whipped cream cheese and serve it on bagels, crackers, etc! Delicious and cost effective as compared to Philly cream cheese with salmon.

Honestly, I don't eat this, not a seafood person. But, when I discovered that my cat loved Salmon I picked this up to see if she liked it. She does, I rotate this with canned food and have one happy cat.

Husband likes these salmon packets, especially the great value brand, says it tastes better than name brand, and does not have the excess liquid, good for a snack or turn into a quick meal.

I loved the smokey flavor of the salmon. It is a great staple to have i. your pantry for a night when you don't have a lot of time to cook an elaborate meal. I used it in my salad for a source of protein. Since wild caught salmon is a better option to buy, I liked that it was easy on my pockets.

Not my favorite packaged/tinned salmon product but it's definitely a repeatable purchase. I like it because it's nonperishable %26 most hotels don't have sizable fridges. I can leave it on the counter while I'm at meetings. Easy to eat on travel when zero or low carb eating.

This item is good. Mixed with other appropriate ingredients will be a good addition to your menu. Great for fast cooking and quick meals. Very good for the lack of iron and protein in your diet.

Love these just wish there was a bit more, so since I like it I need to remember to get more packets at a time. It's good to have. There's usually one substantial chunk with some wetter flakes. Sounds gross but really I love it. It's a lot more palatable than canned tuna or chicken. If you're into the idea of that I'd say go for it. the smoke flavor is off. it makes it taste like it is spoiled. I'm not able to eat these. I bought 4 and they only want to issue refund for 1. I guess I'm out $4. and I'll go back to name brand
