(4 Pack) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix, 1 oz Packet

Combine one packet of this with 1-1/3 cup canola oil, 3 tsp of red pepper flakes and pour it over 1 whole box (4 sleeves) of saltines placed loosely in a 1 gallon ziplock. Rotate carefully until there is no pooling of oil in the bottom of the bag. Very tasty!!

Most use this to make fresh Ranch dressing, but I use it to make a 40-year-old recipe for snack crackers: 1/4 olive oil, 1/4 tsp dried dill weed, one packet of Ranch Dressing -- mix thoroughly, then add 9-10 oz of GV oyster crackers and mix until crackers are thoroughly coated. Place single layer of crackers on a cookie sheets and bake for 15 minutes in a 250F oven. Allow to cool completely before storing.

Just thought I would share my fave recipe that I make with this! equal parts small curd cottage cheese %26 sour cream (i usually do 16oz each unless having a party) 2 packets of this ranch seasoning mix together - let it sit in the fridge at LEAST 6-10 hours so soak in the Ranch Flavor. serve as a dip! Chips preferred by my family for this specific dip is regular pringles. Nothing else seems to go so perfectly with it!

I am a huge lover of ranch, but I hate bottled ranch. I tried the seasoning packets to see if it was comparable to ranch you can get in a restaurant, and this was very close in taste. I love how easy Hidden Valley ranch is to make and how fast it will set. I'm not one to prepare for meals and I always have to make ranch last minute. It is typically set by the time I finish preparing dinner and ready to enjoy. I could use ranch on almost everything and Hidden Valley packets are the only ranch I will use outside of a restaurant. My absolute favorite use for this ranch is a salad and on potato skins. Hidden Valley will forever be the only ranch in my home.

There's nothing better than Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning %26 dip packet. I use one package of the seasoning packets, 1 cup of Daisy Sour Cream, 1 cup of Best Foods Mayonnaise %26 1 cup of buttermilk. It makes the best Ranch dressing. You can also add 8 oz. of blue cheese crumbles for a tasty Blue Cheese Ranch dressing which is my families FAVORITE!

This dry dip mix stores for months in the pantry, using way less space than its bottled counterpart. I've used it to make ranch dressing, in recipes like Alabama Fire Crackers, and in dip recipes. It is perfectly portioned out. This has a great flavor.

I was surprised when I made the dressing cause it did not taste as I remembered it from a few years ago. It was saltier and lacked the flavor that the original had. This was more of a mayonaise with cream and some salt. I could have wonky taste buds but it tasted as if they changed the recipe to me

I bought this because I couldn't get my usual buttermilk ranch mix. For me, the flavor is just not there. I don't know why Walmart stopped carrying the buttermilk ranch, but I'll have to find it elsewhere, because this ranch mix won't do for me.

This has nothing to do with those products. My last grocery pick up had 3 items unavailable. Now I am going to tell you what 2 of them were and you can come to your own conclusions because I feel this was a "not so funny" joke. They were anti-diarrhea pills and toilet paper!!!!!

My issue was not with the product but with the service. I waited patiently in the pick up area as we're 4 other customers plus no one answered the phone I finally went inside and had them retrieve my order. If you're going to offer a pick up service then it should be sufficiently covered by employees. This was at the Faribault location.
