McCormick Au Jus Gravy Seasoning Mix, 1.0 oz Packet

I have always been a huge love of french dip sandwiches and the Au Jus dipping sauce is a key ingredient to a french dip. I'm not one to plan out meals in advanced or put a lot of time or effort into preparing dinner. And I really do not have the time to be cooking all day. So I have to look for easy alternatives and this McCormick seasoning mix is definitely one of them. I love the convenience and how fast you are able to make the gravy. And the flavor is excellent. It really makes my homemade french dip sandwiches to the next level. Now that I'm writing this review and thinking about a french dip sandwich and this McCormick gravy mix I really want one. Definitely have to buy more and make them this weekend.

I made pork chops in the crockpot and added the McCormick au jus gravy with it, and wow was it delicious! The gravy was so rich and flavorful, and not too salty. I've tried other brands in the past and non of them taste as good as this. We had it served over mashed potatoes and it is a new favorite to use with many recipes. My next recipe I plan on using this to make Philly cheese steak sandwiches with the gravy on the side. Yum! I highly recommend giving this a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great tasting for convenience when no time to make from scratch great for beef dips or just add a bit of extra flavor dip your roast in it or add to a sauce to give nice meaty flavor add to pantry comes in handy in a pinch when cooking up something in a hurry

I've been using McCormick Au Jus Gravy mix for years. It's very versatile. It can be used as intended as a sauce / dip. I like to dissolve it in a few Tbsps warm water and knead into my meatloaf along with minced onions and garlic and breadcrumbs before baking for a change in flavor. The fam loves it!! It has a hearty flavor that can be added to stews and roasts that need a little boost, or when lacking broth. Thickening is an easy fix with a little Wondra, or Cornstarch as well.

I learned this trick from an influencer.,,,,, Use this over really lean ground meat to add some great flavor to very healthy meat. It is just delicious. Everyone asks why my ground meat tastes so good. This is why. Add to ground meat right after you finish browning with a little water.

Preparation is as easy as it can be but the taste is a little salty for me. However, I have found this au jus nice to have for making French Dip sandwiches with left over Prime Rib Roast. I reduce the suggested water and replace that amount with Beef Stock to improve the flavor.

This was so excited to make. Love the convenient packaging and easy preparation instructions. We ate this over top pot roast, potatoes, and carrots. I liked That the package had instructions on how to thicken the gravy. That is the method I use to make this. Would recommend!

I used this as a gravy for our mashed potatoes and it was pretty good. I didn't catch that it was a gravy until the last second so I had to shift gears and use it as a gravy instead of an au jus. I originally wanted to do a French dip and I could have but I figured I'd experiment a little bit. I was pleased with the result.now I have to try a fresh au jus gravy instead of broth.
