Ive been working more with different variations of proteins like beans or tofu. I made a lovely fried tofu with this as a sauce and it was amazing! I had the standard mashed potatoes and broccoli on the side and it really worked well with the tofu puffs, 10/10 would do again

I am a make it from scratch kind of person especially when it comes to gravy. However, McCormick Pork Gravy really surprised me! It had a good flavor and even a slight smokey taste. I paired it with some meatballs and mashed potatoes. It added the richness that I desired. My only complaint is that it is pretty salty. If you are trying to watch your salt intake, this is probably not the choice for you.

This isn't even gravy. The liquid is way too thin and watery to be gravy. The taste is also strange, more so tasting like soy sauce and corn than pork or gravy. I also get hints of fake smoke flavor and cheap bacon, which isn't appetizing. I can't recommend this, just buy canned gravy instead.
