Pour this seasoned mixture over the chicken until well coated. Do not air-fry at 400°f, which is the automatic setting on most air fryers. Otherwise, the coating will burn. Instead, set the air fryer temperature at 360° f . One leg quarter will cook in 30-40 minutes. Experiment with the temperature of your air fryer. I found that 30 to 40 minutes at 360°f for one leg quarter is perfect. Make sure to thoroughly oil all sides, then coat generously. This method with this product is such an easy way to make crispy tasty air-fried chicken! For even better results,submerge raw chicken in kefir or buttermilk overnight. Not at all great for the air fryer. This definitely needs to be dropped in the grease. I do not advise to buy. Stay away!
