works for sleep very good

Good sleep provider.
I started taking Sominex about six months ago as I had not gotten good sleep in three or more years. I was a 24 hour a day caregiver for my husband. I only took 1 tablet at night so I could be alert if he needed me. He died recently and I began taking 2 and they have provided much needed sleep and I look rested and have regained a little energy. I awaken alert and ready to face a new day.

It does not make me drowsy the next day And it doesn't conflict with my heart prescriptions.
