I use this for cake baking. You really need a cake flour for cakes, to achieve the ideal structure. I've used this cake flour when baking red velvet cakes, bundt cakes, and all sorts of cake-like treats. It results in a very soft cake that holds its shape and garners compliments. Walmart ships for free when you buy a pack of several boxes, which is well worth it. This product has a long shelf life.

Wasn't sure what to expect BUT IT IS WORTH IT!!!! I wanted to make sour cream donuts like the professionals, I used this cake flour %26 WOW!! This is IT!! Good for Honeybun cake too! Try it, you'll like it!

I ran out and didn't know so I ordered last night and it was here before 7 AM. I also was able to get 3 boxes We are making pound cake today which is terrible if you use regular flour

Ordered online to pick up from this store because they had the items in stock. Picked it up and the 4 swans down cake flour boxes where sealed in generic plastic. Opened it when we arrived home and 1 box had a big cut at the box top from end to end and like pried apart,2nd box had a cut of a corner of the box top. However,content plastic was not open. But I should not have been given these boxes without asking if it was ok,and I should have received a discount. Also I was charged shipping charge for something that was in stock with the aisle number in the store. I should not have been charged

I order 2 boxes of this flour and on one box the outer seal was broken but the inner seals were in tack. It looks like the glue was put on the wrong side.

refund my money on the cake flour. everytime i order products you always never got the.items but when i get to the store you have plenty of the items i order
