Years ago, when we would visit friends in Florida and go out to eat, I would have my fish slightly blackened. I wanted to re-create that at home when I cooked salmon, mahi, or snapper. I tried many different blackening spice mixes until I found Zatarain's. It is the flavor I want to use on my fish.

Just the right balance of spices in this blackened seasoning. I love the Ukrops blackened chicken, but at $4 per (small) piece, this seasoning satisfies my desire for blackened chicken for my salad. Make it at home for far less...easy to sprinkle on ... tastes great.

This particular brand has been unavailable for over a month. I ended up purchasing a competitive brand. Yuck. Then another competitive brand. Yuck. Zatarain's is the absolute best for all blackened recipes. : ) mmm

i ordered online wasnt paying attention to size but thought it would be the bigger container for price. this particular one is smalker than my roku remote. but it's a great tasting seasoning.

I got it for a recipe for chicken, I like it so much, I keep getting it, I had my PCA use it for 1 of my meals and she liked it so much she asked me to get her a can from walmart so I did.

Nice choice, has that Blackened Taste I was looking for my Salmon. Haven't tried on other fish, but I'm sure it' has the same great winning flavor. Easy to use container, this be will be my new go to Blackened Seasoning.

I received the bottle of Parmesean cheese as a substitute for blackened seasoning?! Not once was a notification sent to me to approve or deny a substitution and your app conveniently has that option greyed out after placing the order. Again, I want my money back! The incompetence is astounding.
