I had to do some testing because I was in a car accident I lost a lot of blood I was in intensive care for 3 weeks and because I got blood clots in both lungs on the accident after surgery I became anemic and after test my body was not creating enough red blood cells and I was lacking this vitamin extremely it was in a cautionary level and so I ordered these as prescribed and within 4 days I noticed a difference I highly recommend but advise your doctor to make sure this is best for you.

This is much more affordable than other brands, has great ingredients, and has been effective for myself.

I have to take this supplement daily and it has no taste and the price is helped me decide on this product

I like this brand of methylfolate. It promotes my over-all wellness.

i have a low folic acid conversion rate and this vitamin helps so much i can tell when iv taken it or not. i recommend this brand because i know it works.

I take L-methylfolate because I have a MTHFR gene mutation and cannot process folate. I rely on this supplement for my life. That being said I normally take another brand, Opti-folate, also made by Carlyle. I don't feel like this brand,just labeled as Carlyle, is as effective as Opti-folate.
