Only been taking couple days. My husband got me started on Turmeric to help with joint pain. I can honestly tell how well it's working because if I miss a day I can really feel it.

I've been using tumeric for years, but didn't feel any positive effects until I started using tumeric root/curcumin with black pepper fruit extract. This product reduced my arthritis pain by approx 70%.

This is my first time using this supplement. I have tried it for 30 days. I really don't feel no major improvement, but I will see in the next 30 days if its worth it.

Not as absorbable as previous turmeric. The white color was initially offsetting til I did some research and discover there is a real plant that is white turmeric.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND I opened the capsule, and the contents were completely white. When I poured it into a glass of water, it floated on top, then blurred the water. There was no discoloration, tumeric is yellow and should have floated to the bottom of the glass. On closer inspection of the bottle, this product is processed in China. Before ordering, the multiple slides did not disclose this. I trashed it immediately. Buyer beware.

Did not even use it, I threw it in the garbage. The seals were missing of both bottles and what was in 1 bottle was not the same as what was in the other bottle
