I use this as a base ingredient for my powdered laundry detergent; I need to make about twice a year. There are several laundry products with washing soda I make and it doesn’t take much. One is “laundry butter” which is 1 Fels naptha bar, 1 cup of washing soda and 1 cup of Borax. It is cooked, blended and makes a thick detergent. I love it as a stain remover. See the pictures. Old stains, wipe laundry butter directly on them, one wash, and look at the end product.
We use this ARM %26 HAMMER Super Washing Soda Powder in the laundry when we don't want to use harsh laundry boosters. Stronger than just baking soda and has multiple purposes. Can clean just about anything without having to worry about harsh chemicals or strong smells. No added odors and keeps laundry fresh and clean.
I got it to make laundry soap. Not the viral one with the "add all these toxic ingredients to make homemade detergent to 'save money' buy spending $100," but the "avoid all the extra toxic and unnecessary ingredients with this four-ingredient laundry soap" recipe I've made for decades. IE: 2c borax, 2c washing soda, 1c baking soda, 1 bar grated nels zaptha (or Castile).
It’s washing soda. It does what it’s supposed to do. I add it to my laundry soap along with baking soda to whiten my laundry. It doesn’t have any scent so your clothes smell fresh. I use this because it doesn’t have harsh chemicals and is better for your skin and environment.
This soda was used to balance my pool water. It works like a charm. The price is much more affordable than other products sold for pool maintenance. It also takes only a few hours to promote proper ph. I wish I had known about this stuff years ago. Instead of wasting so much money on inefficient liquid pool cleaning products.
This product is great for washing white clothes if you like your whites this is the soap to use and the color clothes as well will come clean and the colors don't lose the color there as clean as when you brought the clothes I buy this all the time
I recently picked up the Arm %26 Hammer Laundry Booster Washing Soda from Walmart, and I’m really impressed. It does a great job boosting my regular detergent—clothes come out noticeably fresher and cleaner, especially for tough odors and stains. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable and effective way to upgrade your laundry results, this is definitely worth picking up at Walmart.
I noticed a definite difference in my laundry. the one thing I did notice was how much darker the water is after it's rinsed. my clothes definitely have a different feel to them as well. I use this in combination with Tide, Downey and fragranced beads.
I make my own laundry detergent using the Arm %26 Hammer Washing Soda. My clothes are clean, I save a ton of money and I make enough to last over a year of washing laundry. The Arm %26 Hammer Super Washing Soda is powerful in helping get the clothes/towels clean.
This is my first time using the Super Washing Soda. I find it very helpful for ground in odor of work clothes. My clothes particularly my towels seem to be much cleaner smelling. I believe I will continue to purchase it if only occasionally for a maintenance of work clothes and towels. I haven’t noticed any leftover residue on any laundry or in the washer.
