I tend to make my own taco blends at home but when I'm a bind; I always keep some spice blends hand! This one is great. Did the job when I decided to make chicken quesadillas. I wish it had more spice as my family tends to eat hotter food. All in all I am satisfied. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.
I recently used this to season ground beef for a taco night! It is by far the best taco seasoning we have tried - very flavorful and authentic. The ancho gives a great pepper flavor without making it too spicy for the kids. We also used it to season chicken for the grill - which really highlighted the lime flavor! Definitely a hit in my household!! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
A nice change from standard taco seasoning…have not tried on meat, but it's REALLY good on roasted potatoes. Chop potatoes small and mix on a baking sheet with olive oil and this seasoning. Roast at 400 until the edges are crisp. Use like taco meat, in tacos, burritos, or a salad. It's a nice change and way cheaper than meat :) I'm sure I will try this on meat but I love the potatoes so much, I keep making them.
My family loves tacos, so I used this seasoning packet when cooking the beef and everyone really enjoyed the flavoring you can definitely tell the difference in taste. Not spicy at all and the flavor made the tacos taste delicious. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
I bought the Kinder's The Taco Blend Mexican Dry Seasoning. This one to me was different then other taco blends because it wasn't as salty. I taste the actual Mexican spices and the citrus of the lime in the mix, it taste fresher to me. I used ground beef and made tostados and everyone enjoyed them. I feel you can use this spice mix on just about any protein or even grilled fresh veggies to mix things up a bit. You taste the chilli's but to me it wasn't overly spicy at all. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion
I purchased this taco seasoning because I've loved all the Kinder's seasonings I've tried in the past. This, however, was a big disappointment. It doesn't taste like taco seasoning. It tastes like a bbq seasoning that was maybe sitting next to a taco seasoning and became slightly taco scented. I'll stick to homemade from now on.
Way too much lime flavor, what are you thinking for a taco seasoning? My relatives are Mexican and they couldn't even stand the taste! And the amount of water per the instructions is way off, not enough, beef was dry as a desert, yall need to start over on this one.
I never received this item from all of my items that were supposed to be delivered so I'm owed the money for it or it needs to be delivered immediately today
I was so happy to finally try this. Boy was I let down. This has to be the worst taco seasoning I've ever used. This makes Taco Bell taste like a 5 star Michelin restaurant. Just don't even bother trying it. Absolutely disgusting %26 disappointing!
It tasted like just a lot of salt and pepper. Nothing about it was taco ish. We were really disappointed. I like their lemon seasoning but this is yuck.
