The item was comparable and almost the same as in another retail outlet, but I saved on the purchase price and it's the first time that I ordered online to get that price and picked up at the pick up door. It went smooth for a senior that isn't that text savvy.

Good IH Red paint color. Except I prefer John Deere Green and Yellow. Ha Very good coverage. Does not leave streaks in between paint stokes. Blends well between coats. Would defiantly use again when outdoor red is needed. Can't comment on how long it will last but genuine tractor paint is generally designed to last a long time in the outdoors. We will see how long this Rust-Oleum lasts but easy enough to repaint again if needed.

Excellent product and price. Shopped around online and this was the best price for the same product anywhere else and it got delivered right the next day.

It is not the John Deere OEM paint but at one third the cost it is almost exactly the same color and holds up to use just about as well as OEM paint.

I used this paint to refinish an old toolbox which I had stripped down to the metal. No, I did not primer it. The color I chose (International Harvester Red) matched one of my older USA Craftsman toolboxes, and in my humble opinion the paint job came out pretty darn good. The trick is allowing the paint time to cure properly before using the item. Otherwise, it'll scratch fairly easily. I gave my old toolbox three full days to cure, and all ended well. The paint can nozzle sprays the paint evenly and without runs, if you pay attention and not spray to close to the item. I regret to say I've been there and done that. When in doubt...follow the directions on the can, right?? lol

The cheapest place to buy the best, rust prevention paint.. it works and covers great… but you must follow instructions to avoid runs and to cure, quickly!

Use this paint to touch and cover all my John Deere implements and projects. Most of my projects are make of metal. Metal rusts. This helps prevent rust. Once dry it matches JD factory painted items ALMOST perfectly. Tried other brands without rust inhibitors and keep returning to this.

I ordered 6 cans and have only recieved 2! So I have a partially finished project! Got message that order was cancelled or out of stock! Why or when? Refund?

Product was wonderful. My son is painting a tractor, and the paint worked so good it turned a lot of my tools red as well. Gave 3 star rating because while the one can of paint I received was good, the other 9 that I ordered never came and Walmart cancelled the rest of my order. Also, 2 cans of red that we bought in store didn't work.

Going to contact Rust-Oleum company. I purchased gloss black spray paint, and it is flat black on my metal patio furniture. Very unhappy with the product.
