I am really loving the Great Value brand products lately, and the Great Value Tomato Sauce is no exception. It is a fantastic pantry staple that offers great flavor and consistency at an unbeatable price point. I frequently use this in my homemade pizza sauce and pasta dishes, and it always provides a rich, tomato-forward base that tastes just as good as the more expensive name brands. If you are looking for a reliable, affordable sauce for your holiday cooking or everyday meals, I highly recommend keeping a few cans of this in your cupboard.

I haven't used the cans of tomato sauce yet, but will soon in a recipe. Therefore, I can't give a review about the product itself, but the cans themselves looked good. I don't like spicy and didn't buy spicy, so I was not sure how I was suppose to answer that question.

My mother always paid extra and used Hunt's tomato sauce. I only use Walmarts store brand. It's just as good as the name brand and I do save a little bit of money. I will continue using Walmart store brand. I would recommend this tomato sauce to anybody.

If I had my way, every jar of tomato sauce in my kitchen would be homemade from tomatoes picked fresh out of my garden. Unfortunately, my tomato plants don't seem to have gotten the memo that I use a lot of sauce, so that's not realistic year-round! For a pantry staple, this Great Value tomato sauce does exactly what I need it to do. It has a good tomato flavor, the consistency is right for soups, chili, spaghetti, casseroles, and all the other recipes that call for tomato sauce. I honestly don't notice enough difference between this and the more expensive name brands to justify spending extra. Homemade will always win in my book, but until my garden decides to produce tomatoes by the truckload, this is a reliable, budget-friendly substitute that I keep coming back to.

I have never had a problem with Great Value products. Always first-class products. With the exception of one thing. The cottage cheese. This cottage cheese did not display near the creaminess of the main-line product. It was dry and water-separated.

if you don't have real tomatoes to use in your recipes this is a great purchase. bought this for a few times and it's great for busy days. not too salty not too sweet.

The Walmart brand of tomato sauce is actually better than any of the others!The price is also terrific.It is the cheapest in town unless you want to go for worse quality. Go brand of tomato sauce is great quality with a great price

I can say with Great Value items I get my money's worth and great tasting sauce. Great Value is my go to when I want to save and still get quality in my cooking sauces.

Tomato sauce is a vital component when making chili or pasta dishes. It adds flavor and volume. GV Tomato sauce is as good as any product on the shelf! Highly recommend for taste and saving money too!

I like to mix half tomatoe sauce, a couple of spoons of tomatoe paste, with half diced tomatoes. Great Value brands of course. when cooking chili, meat balls, or spaghetti dishes.
