i'm only taking these because of doctor's orders. i think he needs to feel like he is doing something, so here i am. the pills are a combo of Ca and Vit D3 which you require both to get any benefit from it. the pill size is large and i take it after dinner each day to reduce upset stomach. does it have value, i don't know.

I assumed this item was a chewable jelly type product - pills too large to swallow for me - decided to keep in refrigerator

I never expected these pills to be so huge. Thank goodness they go down fairly easy, but I don't feel comfortable trying to swallow 2 huge pills. I'm going to try to get through them, but next time I'm sticking with separate pills instead of a combination.
