So far, it's great. Pricing: we had checked several stores and several websites. Walmart had the best for the least--and received it in 2 days!

For a new computer it seemed to heat up slightly more than my old 11 year old laptop. I did not like the finger pad - but that is my personal opinion because I'm picky on that. Finally, it did not charge past 26%, for which I returned it to Walmart. That, I believe could be Walmart's fault as they did not pack it in the outer shipping box vey well - it was sliding around in it, and then FedEx just threw it on my porch. Possibly this could have affected the charging, not sure. Other than that it could have been a good computer. Oh, I did not think it was fast enough for an i7. Could have been a wonderful computer.

Battery wont charge past 60%. Technician support couldn't help. So I am returning it. I have at my last Acer laptop for 9 years, it has been a good laptop. Not sure if i will exchange for another or look for something different.

It was defective and did not work out of the box. Worse yet I spent hours of my precious time trying to resolve an issue that WalMart might very well have known about prior to shipping the device. It is unclear to me if this device was pre-owned or new and if it was pre-owned or refurbished, this issue that I experienced would have been apriori information.

Get Started app would not open. Windows Update troubleshooter nor Acer support was able to correct the issue. Online research stated that issue was probably due to a Windows 10 operating system incorrectly upgraded to Windows 11. Since it was sold by Walmart and was defective, at least returning it to a Walmart store went smoothly.

Didn't work for more than 1 hour: the screen got black and wouldn't show anything no matter how many times I restart it. After staying plugged in for half a day, it finally went on, but the battery was showing 40%.

I did love it. 3 days ago it quit on me. I purchased it March 15,2023.It will not come back on to Windows or anything. It's like it was shut off at Acer.Help??

Charging port did not work, the computer died once battery ran out. The phone help from Acer did not help. Fortunately, I was able to return the computer to the Walmart in Toms River within two weeks of receiving it by mail.

one of the worst product i ever received from Wallmart. very poor quality of the product. Battery died within an hour. OS doesnt up after sometime...had to return the product on the 1st day itself..

Battery issue. Won't charge past 50% and when I do get it to charge a little I have to unplug it and change location just to get a charge
