Not only was the product easy to use, it was also very effective. The packaging on the product is super sturdy so it will last as long as you need it. The shipping box was sturdy and it was in great condition when I received it. When you open it, it has a calendar on the lid to remind you when to use it again. But the best part; a hand written note of thanks from the company owner. I would highly recommend this product because they truly went the extra mile on EVERY aspect of it.

oh, my goodness. these are the BEST Ice Maker cleaners I've ever bought. i could NOT believe what came out of my ice maker. i just cleaned it 3½ weeks ago with another brand. This brand gives you 24 packets, to ckean your machine twice a month. which i usually did. I highly recommend these

These work great..no smell.. I run machine a couple times then I drain water in ice maker %26 put fresh water in %26 run twice more then drain water again %26 put fresh water in %26 make ice Very easy to clean my ice maker with these %26 good price too..

Have only used once so far~~~seems to have cleaned ice machine.I still had to scrub some hard water build-up off. Am hoping it did a better job inside the machine on the working parts.

Order was scheduled by Walmart to deliver they stated an attempt was made but it was not. Then the second attempt was made after hours which it was clear in the instructions it was going to a business. The one star is for Walmart not the product

My ice machine now makes a horrible screeching noise thanks to this product. I now have to buy another ice machine.

This didn't clean my icemaker at all and I just used vinegar and water and let it sit for two hours and it was clean like a charm
